• Prioritize the conduction of its business in aspects related to the quality of the services it provides, and to health, safety and environment (QHSE), so these are given equivalent importance to the one given to commercial and economic issues;

• Meet our legal requirements and other applicable, relating to environmental and health and safety of workers aspects, as well as contractual requirements of customers, being the Process Safety, seen as a priority in our activities, thus ensuring that partnerships and contracts are met in these aspects;

• Adopt practices and techniques that stimulate continuous improvement, so as to allow avoidance of natural resources wasting, pollution prevention and reduction of labor accidents, and having a commitment with the prevention of injuries, harm and damages to the employees health;

• Continuously seek to increase the satisfaction of its internal and external Clients, monitoring and following their degree of satisfaction;

• Stimulate the development of its employees by creating opportunities for promotion and providing specialized training in search of their satisfaction and well-being in the work places;

• Encourage and stimulate better culture in QHSE related subjects, by means of awareness and specific training to its own employees, so that they can exert influence in their environment;

• Ensure that this Policy is approved by the top management, be divulged and made known to its work force, Clients, Suppliers, the public in general and other stakeholders.
